‘What Makes an Ally?’ Youth Project
What Makes an Ally? is a transgender and gender diverse (TGD) youth project led by Transgender Victoria and YGender. The project ran throughout 2014 and was funded by the Healthy Equal Youth grants through the Victorian State Government.
What Makes an Ally? ran statewide throughout regional and rural areas and engaged over 150 young people to create a vibrant and positive campaign encouraging better allyship and to foster positive relationship building between TGD young people and their cisgender allies.
